The success story of pocketpokies begins with a consistent focus on the needs of players. Special events are occasionally broadcast live from the casino studio. Players can send feedback directly to the support team and thus contribute to further development. Cashback is automatically credited to the account without a request being necessary. An overview of all transactions is always available in the player area. The payout rates of the games are regularly published and can be verified. The game selection comprises several thousand titles from renowned software developers such as NetEnt, Microgaming and Pragmatic Play. Mobile games have been specifically optimised for touch operation by developers. Important functions are never more than two clicks away from the current screen. The overall offering clearly focuses on substance rather than short-lived marketing promises.
